Other than the RAM and the storage, most specifications of the Realme U1 is the same as its other variants. Realme U1 sports a 6.3-inch Full-HD+ (1080 x 2340p) LCD display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The device is powered by a 2.1 GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P70 SoC paired with 3GB of RAM. Realme U1 runs Android 8.1 Oreo skinned with ColorOS 5.2 which will be updated to Android 9.0 Pie skinned with ColorOS 6.0 in June 2019. The handset packs a 3,500mAh battery and has 64GB of internal storage with support of a microSD card of up to 256GB.

For selfies and video calls, there is a 25MP selfie camera on the device. It should be noted that the other variants of the Realme U1 smartphone got a price cut of Rs 1,000 earlier this month. After the price cut the Realme U1 with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage can be picked up at Rs 9,999. On the other hand, the 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant of the same is available for Rs 11,999.
