A post shared by Konsta Punkka (@kpunkka) on Feb 22, 2019 at 5:14am PST After months of speculations, Nokia 9 PureView has been launched at the Mobile World Congress. The smartphone had been leaked many times before it was finally unveiled. It is the first ever smartphone in the world to come with a Penta-camera setup on its back panel. We should mention that this is the highest number of rear cameras a smartphone has ever had. Prior to this, it was Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) that came with four rear cameras on its back panel. Coming back to Nokia 9 PureView, it is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 processor, and sports a 5.99-inch Quad-HD+ POLED display that has an aspect ratio of 18.5:9. The device comes with 6GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage, and houses a 3,320mAh battery. The device comes with Android 9 Pie and is IP67 certified for water and dust resistance.

We should mention that HMD Global has also announced its Nokia 3.2 and Nokia 4.2 smartphones, and both the devices are a part of Google’s Android One program, much like other Nokia smartphones from HMD Global. While Nokia 3.2 smartphone comes with 6.26-inch HD+ display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 429 processor, 2GB /3GB of RAM, 16GB/32GB of storage and a 13MP primary camera coupled with a 5MP selfie camera. Nokia 4.2, on the other hand, has a 5.71-inch HD+ display and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 processor. The device has a dual camera setup on its back panel that has a 13MP sensor and a 2MP sensor. It has 2GB /3GB of RAM and 16GB/32GB of storage. It can also hold a microSD card of up to 400GB. In addition to this, HMD Global has also launched its Nokia 1 Plus, and Nokia 210 phones at its event at MWC 2019.
