Bulk delete contacts from your Android smartphone

Most Android phones only allow you to remove singular or multiple contacts at once. While this is useful in most scenarios, it can turn into a long process when you’ve got hundreds of contacts to sort through. In order to bulk delete hundreds of contacts at once, you will need to use a third-party app like Easy Contacts Cleaner.  Step 1: Download and install the Easy Contacts Cleaner app from Google Play Store. Step 2: Give the app permission to access your contacts.  Step 3: Now you can sort through duplicate contacts, contacts with no name or phone, and unused contacts and easily delete them.

Step 4: To delete unused contacts simply click on the category and tap the ellipses to select all contacts. Then press delete. All your unused contacts will be deleted.

Step 5: You can also delete accounts based on the storage location and the apps they belong to. Simply click on ‘Accounts’ and delete the contacts you want.
