Here’s how you can create an RSVP form on Google Forms.
Step 1: Open Google Forms in your web browser. Step 2: Select the RSVP template under ‘Start a new form’.
Step 3: Click on each section to fill out the info related to your event.
Click on the first box to name your event and fill out the basic details like the address where the event is taking place and the contact information.
Use the following box to confirm the reservation of the attendee.
You can add other boxes if you need to gather some more information or have additional questions to ask.
Step 4: Click on the dotted lines at the middle of a panel and drag it to change its position in the form.
Step 5: Use the menu on the top right section of the page to add a header image, and change the colour theme, background colour, and text font.
Step 6: Use the side menu along every panel to add a title, image, video, extra panel, or import questions from another font.
Step 7: Use the Settings window to manage the presentation of the form, and control how responses are collected. You can select whether filling the form should require signing in from a Google account.
Step 8: Once you’re done, click on Send at the top right corner of the page to send the form to your email contacts. You can also generate the link to the form and share it on social media.

You can view the summary of responses in order to get a quick idea of how many people will be attending the event. You can also look up individual responses to get a detailed view of user responses.
