This was confirmed by Google Stadia’s official Twitter handle where it announced that it would be revealing the price, game announcements and launch information about the platform. It also said that “Stay tuned here for more Stadia details coming soon.” This tweet reveals that the company will soon be launching the game and price of the Stadia. The company might share these above-mentioned details this summer itself. Talking about Google Stadia, the Stadia is a cloud-based infrastructure where the game developers can easily design and write the games. Then they would also be able to run those games directly on Google’s hardware at data centres. According to Google, game developers will not be limited to just computing the games and will be able to create them with “nearly unlimited resources”. This is Google’s first serious attempt on making games and games consoles.
But it should be noted that Google Stadia won’t be coming to India right after its launch as the country’s internet and technology infrastructure is not strong enough to support the Stadia. And according to Google, the Stadia might be launched in India in the next two years. The local partners in India have already been talks with Google about its India launch and they are suggesting that the platform will be launched in the country in 2021. But it would mean that the Stadia will be the first game streaming service of its kind to be launched in India. Currently, Google Stadia will be released officially in the US, the UK, Europe, Canada this year.
